The Minka Arctic Fire attic staircase is the perfect combination of insulation and fire retardancy. With a U-value of 0.21 W/m2K without top cover and 0.14 W/m2K with ISO top cover, it plays in the top league of insulation technology. According to ÖNORM EN1363 and EN1634, the Arctic Fire floor staircase is fire-retardant EI30 and thus has a fire resistance value of at least 30 minutes.
Flexible design.
The Arctic Fire ladder fits into an openings of 1400 × 700mm. It is suitable for ceiling heights of up to 3000mm. Thanks to the design lower cover, the Arctic Fire is also characterized by a seamless and particularly beautiful soffit. Like the staircase, this is kept in white, which makes the staircase look discreet but also elegant.
