Sellwood Fixed Ladders provide safe, easy access between the ceiling and roof of commercial buildings. They can also be used in place of a retractable ladder, where the area below the ladder does not need to be free from obstruction. Sellwood Fixed Ladders are commercial grade ladders, rated at 200kg, set at 70° and custom built to the required height up to 5000mm.
